This watercolor was done over a long period of time. First I painted the geometric borders, then the two top images: heartache, and kundalini rising.

I left it for several years, then completed it after a trip to Turkey, with: a covered woman, the goddess Cybele, a nursing mother (after a neo-Babylonian figurine), and the Artemis from Ephesus.
